Supply of Research and Educational Lab Equipment

The Provincial Library Balochistan in Quetta is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of Research and Educational Lab Equipment. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the library's capacity to support research and educational activities through the provision of specialized laboratory instruments. The technical scope includes the supply of one complete set of research and educational lab equipment. Bidders must ensure that the equipment meets the required standards and specifications suitable for academic and research purposes. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover of PKR 2,000,000 in the last three years. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 200,000 in each of the three subsequent previous years. Presence on the Active Taxpayer List and possession of a valid Sales Tax Certificate are mandatory. Firms currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan are not eligible.
