Supply of Security Equipment, Ammunition, Protective Clothing and Related Items

The Director General Farms & Feed Resources Quetta is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of security-related items. This tender is specifically for the supply of Security Equipment, Ammunition, Protective Clothing and related items. The procurement will be managed from the office located at Brewery Road Near CASVAB Quetta. Eligibility criteria for bidders include assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 1,000,000 in the previous two years and presence in the Active Tax Payer List with a valid Sales Tax Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible for this tender. A bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 500. The issuance of tender documents is available from the date of publication until 27 July 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 27 July 2026 till 09:30 AM, with the tender opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM.
