Supply of Security Equipment, Ammunition, Protective Clothing and Related Items

The Natural Calamities & Other Disaster (Establishment) department in Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of security-related items. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. Items being procured: - Security Equipment - Ammunition - Protective Clothing & related items (Total Item(s) Count: 2) The bidding firms must have a turnover of at least PKR 1,650,000 in the previous three years and must be present in the Active Tax Payer List with valid sales tax certificates. The weapons offered must pass rigorous testing and trials to demonstrate suitability and reliability for military applications. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of bid security in the form of a deposit at call of 2% is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a PKR 1000 tender fee. Bids must be submitted by 26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the office located at Grain Silos Sheikh Manda Airport Road Quetta. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Ensuring all required documents and bid security are included will prevent disqualification. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
