Supply of Security Uniforms, Bearings, Helical Bevel Gear Unit, Electrical Items, Trash Removing Trolleys, and Motor Repair at Chashma Hydel Power Station

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Resident Engineer Chashma Hydel Power Station, Chashma District Mianwali invites electronic bids on FCS basis from bonafide manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax department and on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for supply and repair works at Chashma Hydel Power Station, Chashma. Items being procured: - Supply of Security Uniform for Security Staff - Supply of Different Types of Bearings - Supply of Helical Bevel Gear Unit and Spur Gearing Brake Motor for TRCM - Supply of Electrical Items for R&M of CHP Colony - Supply Trash Removing Trolleys - Repair/Rewinding of Miscellaneous Motors The technical scope includes supply of specialized mechanical and electrical items along with repair and rewinding services for motors. The site is the Chashma Hydel Power Station and its associated colony. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have experience in supplying or repairing similar items. The contract performance time is 120 days for all items. Earnest money (bid security) amounts vary per item, ranging from PKR 73,000 to PKR 220,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS before the closing date and time of 26th August 2018 at 1330 hours. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 1400 hours in the Conference Room of Chashma Hydel Power Station. Manual bids will not be accepted.
