Supply and Services for Centre of Excellence for Autism Islamabad

The Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training Islamabad, is inviting prequalification applications from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors, and service providers. This tender is specifically for the supply of goods and provision of services under the PSDP project for the Centre of Excellence for Autism located at H-8/4, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture, Fixtures and Allied Finishing Items - Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Machinery, Equipment, Specialised Assistive / Therapeutic Equipment and Allied Electro-Mechanical Works - Human Resource Recruitment and Outsourcing Services for Project Staff The technical scope covers the supply and installation of furniture and fixtures, specialized machinery and therapeutic equipment, along with related electro-mechanical works. Additionally, human resource recruitment and outsourcing services for project staff are included. The project site is at the Centre of Excellence for Autism, DGSE, Hanna Road G-8/4, Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with SECP or Registrar of Firms as applicable, and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Financial soundness and relevant experience are essential. A separate bid security of Rs. 500,000 must be furnished for each lot applied for, in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of the Director (Admin), DGSE Islamabad. Applications must be submitted manually on or before August 19, 2026, at 02:00 p.m. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 p.m. in the presence of applicants who choose to attend.
