Supply of Soap Hard Yellow (350 Gram Bar) for Pakistan Navy

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites bids for the supply of Soap Hard Yellow (350 Gram Bar) under tender number 1714218/R-1711/340189/RE. The soap must conform to PS 12 of 1978 Type 1 standards, be uniform in color without brown shades, contain a minimum of 60% total fatty matter by weight, a maximum of 15% rosin acid by weight, and a maximum of 0.1% free caustic alkalis by weight. The OEM will provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDs) at inspection and delivery. The contract requires brand new manufacture items with clear marking of manufacturing and expiry dates on each packing. Delivery must ensure 85% remaining shelf life. The supply will be on order basis as per consignee requirements with a two-year shelf life and possible extension for one year by mutual consent. Inspection will be conducted by CINS. Firms must provide OEM conformance certificates or e-mail confirmation to CINS. False certificates will lead to blacklisting. Eligibility includes submission of Earnest Money with the Commercial Offer and a Technical Bid with all required documents including DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms duly signed and stamped.
