Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Local Purchase Division in Karachi is procuring a wide range of spare parts and equipment essential for naval operations and maintenance. This procurement includes items such as grease plugs for aircraft instruments, synthetic oil for marine engines, fuel filters for standby generators, hoses for diesel engines, fuel injection components, engine oils, corrosion protection systems, firefighting equipment, and LPG cylinders among others.
The technical scope covers various high-quality materials and components sourced from reputed manufacturers worldwide including Naval Sea Systems Command USA, Volvo Penta Sweden, Cummins China, Caterpillar USA, and Suzuki Thailand. The items are intended for use in combat systems, main engines, generators, and other critical naval machinery. Delivery timelines are 15 days for locally available items and 45 days for imported goods.
Eligible bidders should be registered firms with valid FBR and ATL registration. Non-registered firms must provide a bank guarantee of 5% of the purchase order value valid for six months. Registration with HQ COMLOG is encouraged to avoid the bank guarantee requirement. The tender process requires payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 50 via bank draft or online transfer.
