Supply of Special Edition of NUMLIAN Annual Magazine for FY 2025-2026

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, invites sealed tenders from well-reputed and GST Income Tax Registered Firms for the supply of the Special Edition of the 'NUMLIAN' Annual Magazine for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement is for the Marketing & Publications Branch located in Sector H-9, Islamabad. The rates quoted for this tender shall remain valid until 30th June 2027. Items being procured: - Special Edition of NUMLIAN Annual Magazine for FY 2025-2026 Tender documents including terms and conditions can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Prospective bidders may contact PPRA at the provided phone number for any clarifications. The submission deadline is 6th October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with bids to be opened the same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of available bidders. The scanned copies of the bid security and rates must be uploaded through EPADS. The original Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Rector NUML must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposals to the Director Marketing & Publications before the deadline. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order must also be submitted to the office along with the bid.
