Tender Description
The Azad Jammu And Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur invites sealed bids through a single stage single envelope procedure from registered firms, manufacturers, and suppliers for the supply of various sports goods for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2017 and the detailed tender documents.
Items being procured:
- Silver Shield 15 inch winner with Board, Game logo and engraving (25 units)
- Silver Shield 13 inch runner up with Board, Game logo and engraving (25 units)
- Track Suit (24 units)
- TV Shield #28 for best athlete with Board, Game logo and engraving (4 units)
- Gold Medal winner with Board Logo (65 units)
- Silver Medal runner with Board Logo (65 units)
- Bronze Medal third position with Board Logo (65 units)
- Uniform Bunyan, Niker (24 units)
The technical scope includes supplying high-quality sports goods with official board logos and engravings as specified. Bidders must submit samples along with their bids. The quantities may be increased or decreased as per the requirements in accordance with prevailing PPRA rules. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and to attach photocopies of registration with Sales Tax returns. A bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of a CDR valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening must be submitted. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to apply.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the Secretary, AJK BISE, Mirpur before 11:30 am on 8th September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Tender documents can be obtained by submitting a written application to the Secretary along with a non-refundable payment of PKR 2,000 via AJK BISE Online Challan or other approved payment methods.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of samples and bid security to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully follow the PPRA rules and attach all required documents to prevent rejection of bids.
