Mercy Corps, a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization, invites qualified service providers to submit their Intent to Bid for the provision of Sputum Containers and Zipper Bags in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Sputum Containers - Zipper Bags Interested service providers must complete and submit the Intent to Bid Form by one of the following methods: downloading from the provided link or collecting a hard copy from Mercy Corps office at Plot 190, Street 6, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad. Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 1:45 PM on Friday, November 13, 2026, using one of the following methods: 1. Email to islamabaditb@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference Number in the subject line. 2. Submit in person or by courier to Mercy Corps Office at the address above, clearly writing the Tender Reference Number on the sealed envelope. Following the closing date, a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued only to suppliers who have submitted a completed Intent to Bid Form. The solicitation document will be shared through the delivery method selected in the Intent to Bid Form. Bidders should ensure timely submission and proper labeling of their bids to avoid disqualification. This procurement is open to qualified suppliers with relevant experience and registration. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements will be detailed in the subsequent solicitation documents.
