Supply of Stationary Charges, Computer Stationary Charges, and Cost of Stores by District & Sessions Judge Attock

The District & Sessions Courts Attock invites bids for the supply of stationary and related items under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This tender is specifically for firms or companies registered under Sales Tax Act, Income Tax, and PRA, with active tax payer status and good reputation. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) by the deadline of 11-11-2026. Items being procured: - A03901 Stationary Charges (Lot 1) with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,350,000 - A03955 Computer Stationary Charges (Lot 2) with an estimated cost of Rs. 500,000 - A03942 Cost of Stores (Lot 3) with an estimated cost of Rs. 600,000 The bids must include a Bid Security equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost for each lot, submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 a.m. on the submission deadline. The successful bidder will also provide a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the Work Order value, either online or via a Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The Performance Guarantee will be refunded upon successful completion of contractual obligations. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. in the chamber of the District & Sessions Judge, Attock. The tender will be awarded lot-wise to the lowest evaluated bidder.
