The Government of the Punjab Services & General Administration Department (Procurement & Transport Wing) Lahore invites bids from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers, and JV partners registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) for supply of various goods for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Stationary (Multiple quantity) - Computer Stationary - Printing & Publication - Others - Purchase of Plant & Machinery - Purchase of Furniture & Fixture - Purchase of Hardware - Purchase of Software - Purchase of IT Equipment The estimated amount of procurement is Rs. 6,000,000 with fixed bid security amounts for each lot as specified. Bidders must submit separate bids for each head/lot. E-bids will be received on a single stage two envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The scope includes supply of goods as detailed in the bidding document. Bidders must be registered with PEC if applicable, have valid FBR/ATL registration, and provide earnest money as bid security. The bid security must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
