Supply of Stationary, Computer Stationary, Printing & Publication, Plant & Machinery, Furniture, Hardware, Software, and IT Equipment for Government of the Punjab Motor Transport Wing

The Government of the Punjab Services & General Administration Department Motor Transport Wing in Lahore invites E-Bids on the e-Procurement system for various goods and supplies required for the Financial Year 2026-27. Equipment Rs. 110,000 The procurement scope covers supply of general office stationary, computer related stationary, printing and publication materials, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, hardware, software, and IT equipment. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bids are to be submitted separately for each lot under a single stage two envelope procedure. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with relevant authorities and to provide a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost via Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid security must be transmitted through SWIFT MT760 in favor of the Motor Transport Officer-I, S&GAD. Physical submission of bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted.
