Supply of Stationary Items and Articles

The Elite Force Police Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of stationary items and articles. This procurement is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have prior experience and be registered with the Income Tax, Sales Tax Department, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Items being procured: - Stationary Items - Articles The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Accountant Elite Force Peshawar upon submission of an application on the original letterhead of the firm during office hours until 17th August 2026. The tender opening will take place on 18th August 2026 at 11:00 hours in the presence of the Tender Evaluation Committee and intending bidders at the Deputy Commandant Elite Force office in Peshawar. Bidders must submit their bids via E-PAD (scan copy) along with the original hard copy in two sealed envelopes before the closing date. Earnest money at 2% of the total cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Upon acceptance, a security deposit of 10% of the total value of stores is required. Items will be physically inspected and operationally tested by an Inspection Committee. Non-compliance with specifications may lead to rejection and blacklisting. Only suppliers on the active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, duties, and packing/freight charges and valid until 30th June 2027. Supply completion is expected within three weeks of the supply order. Conditional tenders will not be entertained.
