Supply of Stationary Items and Articles for Elite Force Police Department

The Elite Force Police Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of stationary items and articles. This procurement is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules 2014. The department requires eligible bidders with prior experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority to participate. Items being procured: - Stationary Items - Articles The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Accountant Elite Force Peshawar upon submission of an application on the original letterhead of the firm during office hours up to 17th August 2026. The cost of the tender is Rs. 3,000,000. Bidders must submit their bids via E-PAD (Scan Copy) along with the original hard copy in two sealed envelopes before the closing date. Only original bidding documents will be accepted; photocopies are not allowed. Each firm must submit a sample at the date of tender opening. Earnest money at 2% of the total cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Upon acceptance, a security deposit of 10% of the total contract value is required, and the contract must be signed within 15 days of acceptance. Items will be physically inspected by the Inspection Committee and operationally tested. Non-compliance with specifications may lead to rejection and forfeiture of security or blacklisting. Rates must be in Pakistani Rupees, inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing, and freight, valid until 30th June 2027. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. All taxes will be deducted as per government policy. Supply completion is expected within 3 weeks from the date of supply order or contract agreement. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014. Samples of all toners, genuine or not, will be examined and approved by the Directed I.T CPO. The tender opening will be held on 18th August 2026 at 11:00 hours in the presence of the Tender Evaluation Committee and intending bidders at the office of the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar.
