The Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab, Lahore invites bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers, and sellers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Bidders are required to submit E-bids via the PPRA EPAD (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and also physically submit bids at the Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab, Lahore within the stipulated time. Items being procured: - Stationary (22.0 Million) - Printing & Publication (25.0 Million) - Computer Stationary (20.0 Million) - Cost of Other Stores (6.0 Million) - Others (4.0 Million) - I.T. Equipment (20.6 Million) - Purchase of Machinery (35.0 Million) - Purchase of Furniture (35.0 Million) - Transport of Goods (2.26 Million) - Entertainment & Gifts (6.00 Million) - Conference / Seminar / Workshop (7.20 Million) The procurement is divided into three lots covering stationary, IT equipment, machinery, furniture, transport, entertainment, and conference services. All goods must be brand new and original as per specifications and supplied to the C&W Department, Lahore within 15 days of the Purchase Order. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of earnest money and blacklisting. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 5% of the estimated price is required as earnest money in favor of the Deputy Director, Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab, Lahore. The CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order must accompany the bid. Late submissions will be rejected. The complete E-bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System (EPADS) website https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk as per the schedule. The bid submission deadline is 13.10.2026 at 10:00 am, with bid opening at 10:30 am the same day. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete, signed, and stamped in conformity with the Tender Document. Quoting per unit price excluding GST/PST is mandatory.
