Supply of Stationary and Up-Keep Stock for Lodges for Estate Office Islamabad

Sealed tenders are invited from GST registered firms for the supply of stationary and non-stationary items as well as up-keep stock for lodges for the financial year 2026-2027 for the Estate Office, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Lot-I: Stationery and other items for Estate Office - Lot-II: Up-Keep Stock for Lodges Tender documents including detailed lists of stationary and other items can be downloaded from the PPRA and Estate Office websites (www.estate-office.gov.pk). The quoted prices must remain valid for the financial year 2026-2027. Successful bidders will be responsible for delivery of items to the Estate Office and lodges at their own cost. Bidders must submit an undertaking on their letterhead confirming they are not blacklisted by the Government of Pakistan. Proof of GST registration, ATL, and AGPR vendor status must be provided. Earnest money for Lot-I is Rs. 150,000 and for Lot-II is Rs. 300,000 in the form of a call draft in the name of DDO, Estate Office. The tender will be opened on 25th August 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of Estate Office, 8th Floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Estate Office reserves the right to reduce or enhance the number of items to be purchased and to accept or reject any or all offers with cogent reason. Incomplete or late tenders will not be considered. All prices quoted must be inclusive of tax.
