Supply of Stationery and Computer Stationery for Deputy Commissioner Islamabad

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed firms and service providers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and active on ATL for the provision of services and supplies for this office during the fiscal year 2026–27. The procurement shall be made under an Open Framework Agreement as per Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - A03901 Stationery - A03970 Other - A03955 Computer Stationery Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA and EPADS websites. Bidders must be registered with SECP as a company or business, registered with FBR, and included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). All applicable taxes will be deducted as per tax laws of Pakistan. A security deposit of Rs. 500,000 is required separately for each work discipline in the form of a pay order in favor of Deputy Commissioner ICT, refundable upon contract expiry. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and a hard copy of the proposal/bid document must reach the office address on or before 25/09/2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Use of unfair means or submission of fake documents will result in blacklisting.
