Supply of Stationery and Computer Stationery Items

The Management Services Wing of the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, is inviting e-Bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and have offices and relevant expertise in Rawalpindi or Islamabad for the supply of stationery and miscellaneous items during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery Items - Purchase of Computer Stationery i.e. Toners for Printers, Photocopiers and Fax Machines etc. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Rules 15 and 16, read with Rule 42(a) & (b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended). The scope includes supplying quality stationery and computer consumables suitable for office use in the Management Services Wing. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, listed on ATL, and have relevant experience in supplying such items. Earnest Money in the shape of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bid Security not exceeding 5% of the bid value is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 10th August 2026 before 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Committee Room, No. 410, 4th floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad.
