Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Toners, Miscellaneous Items, and Computer Hardware Items

The Digital Communication Department, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan Islamabad invites sealed bids from well reputed firms including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - LOT 1: Stationery - LOT 2: Computer Stationery, Toners - LOT 3: Other Store, Miscellaneous Items - LOT 4: Computer Hardware Items The procurement is on a lot-wise basis. Firms must be registered on EPADS 2.0 with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold a valid National Tax Number, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. They must also meet the criteria set forth in the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions from the office of the Assistant Director (Admin) upon submission of a written application after the publication of this notice. The cost of the bidding documents is Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable). Only bids submitted after payment of this bid document fee will be entertained; failure to pay will disqualify the bidder. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and reach the office on or before 9th September 2026 by 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The notice and bidding documents are also available on www.ppra.org.pk and www.moib.gov.pk.
