Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery and Miscellaneous Items

Islamabad College for Boys G-6/3 Islamabad is inviting electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, reputed suppliers, and General Order Suppliers/Firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement is for the supply of stationery, computer stationery, and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Miscellaneous & Other Items The procurement scope includes supplying quality stationery and computer stationery items along with other miscellaneous goods as per the detailed bidding documents. These documents contain specifications, eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions, which can be obtained from the EPADS portal or the office during working hours. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration where applicable, have relevant experience, and adequate financial capacity. Firms blacklisted by any government, semi-government, autonomous, regulatory, or public sector organization are not eligible. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 23-07-2026 up to 11:00 AM (PST). The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM (PST) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The original Bid Security must be submitted to the office before the scheduled bid opening time. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is properly registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and that all required documents, including the original Bid Security, are submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
