Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery, POL, Uniform & Protective Clothing, IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery, and Transport Repair for Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme

The Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU-PESRP), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of various items under a Framework Contract for FY 2026-27, valid up to 30th June 2027. This procurement is conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - A03901-Stationery Items - A03955-Computer Stationery - A03970-Others - A03807-POL - A03906-Uniform & Protective Clothing - A03942-Cost of Other Store - A03902-Printing & Publication - A09203-Purchase of IT Equipment - A09601-Purchase of Plant & Machinery - A13001-Transport Repair The total estimated budget is Rs. 12,000,000 with a bid security of Rs. 240,000. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and enabled on the Punjab e-Procurement System prescribed by PPRA. Electronic bids (e-bids) must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 03:00 PM on November 16, 2026. Manual bids are not accepted, but original bid security instruments must be physically delivered to PMIU-PESRP before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened electronically at 03:30 PM on the same day. The scope covers supply of stationery, computer stationery, POL, uniforms, protective clothing, IT equipment, plant and machinery, and transport repair services.
