Supply of Stationery, Computer Items, Printing and Sports Items for BISE D.I.Khan 2026-27

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education D.I.Khan invites bids through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is open to manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, and general order suppliers registered with KPRA and FBR (Active Taxpayer List). The procurement will follow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPPRA) Rules, 2014, with items 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 procured under Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure, and item 4 under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Stationery Items - Computer Items, Electronic and Heavy Duty Multi-functional Machines - Printing of Conventional Answer Books, Practical Book, Continuation Sheet and DMCs - Printing of E-Marking Answer Books - Computer Toner, Riso Ink, Master Roll - General Printing Items - Sports Items - Miscellaneous Items The scope includes supply of various stationery and computer-related items, printing of examination answer books and related materials, and sports items for the Board. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with the bid security requirements of 2% of the total bid value for each lot. The bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Bank Draft in favor of the Secretary, BISE D.I.Khan. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS system by 06 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, except for the printing of E-Marking Answer Books which closes on 07 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the respective dates at 11:00 AM. No hard copies of rates or documents will be accepted except the original bid security in a sealed envelope. Registration with E-PADS is mandatory to participate.
