Supply of Stationery, Miscellaneous and IT Items for FY-2026-27 Through Closed Framework Agreement

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, is inviting bids from authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the supply of stationery, miscellaneous, and IT items for the financial year 2026-27 through a closed framework agreement. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the office and operational needs of NDMA in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stationery - Miscellaneous items - IT items The scope includes supplying quality materials suitable for government office use, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications. The procurement will be conducted under the framework agreement to streamline supply and maintain consistent availability throughout the year. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration on EPADS 2.0 is mandatory for bid submission. Firms should have relevant experience in supplying similar items to government or large organizations and must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft as per bid data sheet requirements. The tender submission deadline is 11:00 hours on 10th August 2026 (Monday). Bids must be submitted online via EPADS 2.0 portal. The original bid security must be delivered to the NDMA Headquarters Islamabad before the closing time. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
