Tender Description
The Chief Minister Inspection Team Quetta is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of stationery items. This procurement is specifically for the Quetta office and involves a total of 39 different stationery items. The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process.
The scope includes providing good quality stationery items as per the specifications required by the department. Bidders must ensure that the items supplied meet the quality standards expected by the Chief Minister Inspection Team. The procurement process requires submission of bids accompanied by a 2% bid security in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The bidding firm must submit a copy of the BPPRA challan and an undertaking on letterhead confirming the quality of the stationery items.
Eligibility criteria include having completed at least one assignment of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 200,000 in the last three years, with a turnover of at least PKR 100,000 in one of the previous years. The bidder must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible for this tender.

The last date for bid submission is 11 May 2026 by 10:00 AM, with the tender opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned in Quetta.
