Tender Description
The Directorate of Education (Schools) Quetta is inviting bids for the supply of stationery items. This procurement is specifically for the education sector in Quetta, Balochistan, aiming to equip schools with essential stationery to support academic activities.
The tender covers a total of five different stationery items. Bidders must ensure compliance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement process requires submission of earnest money in the form of a Bid Security amounting to 3% of the bid value, deposited at call from a scheduled bank. The bidding firm must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity, each worth PKR 3 million, within the last three years. Additionally, an accumulated turnover of at least PKR 2 million in the previous three years is mandatory. Firms must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Directorate office upon payment of a PKR 1,000 tender fee. The issuance period for tender documents is from the date of publication until 09 June 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 09 June 2026 by 09:15 AM, with the opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 10:15 AM at the Directorate office on Berwary Road, Quetta.
