Tender Description
The Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur (GSCWU) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers, and distributors duly registered with relevant Income Tax and GST authorities for procurement during the Financial Year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Stationery Items (Specifications/Quantity/detail of items are in bidding document)
This procurement is for supplying stationery items to the Government Sadiq College Women University located in Bahawalpur. The bidding documents containing complete details, specifications, quantities, terms, and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab E-Procurement system and the university website. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by Friday, October 23, 2026, up to 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
Bidders must provide a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 160,505, submitted electronically along with the technical and financial proposals. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Conditional or incomplete bids may be rejected. The GSCWU reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without justification.
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on prescribed electronic platforms. In case the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply. All terms and conditions of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and the bidding documents shall apply.
