Supply of Stationery Items

The Balochistan Civil Services Academy (BCSA) in Quetta is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of stationery items. This tender covers the supply of a total of 40 different stationery items required for the Academy's operational needs. Joint ventures are not allowed, and bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 500. The last date for issuance of tender documents is 25 May 2026 during office hours on working days. The deadline for bid submission is 25 May 2026 till 11:00 AM, with the opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM at the Balochistan Civil Services Academy office. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the bid security in the form of a deposit at call of 2% of the bid value is included with the financial bid. Failure to submit the required bid security will result in disqualification.
