Tender Description

The Directorate General of Social Welfare and Special Education Balochistan is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of stationery items in Quetta. This procurement is specifically for the Directorate General of Social Welfare and Special Education, focusing on providing a comprehensive range of stationery products totaling 60 items. The procurement process follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness. Bidders must have relevant experience with at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity amounting to PKR 2,000,000 in the last two years. Additionally, a turnover of at least PKR 2,200,000 in the two subsequent previous financial years is required. Firms must be registered with the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possess a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed, and bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The bidding firm must maintain an office in Balochistan and agree to serve the contract within 30 days of the supply order issuance. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. The bid security must be 2% of the bid value in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The last date for bid submission is **06 June 2026 till 09:00 AM**, with the tender opening scheduled for the same day at 10:00 AM at the Directorate General office located on Brewery Road, Quetta.
