Tender Description
The Govt Girls High School Bhatti Mohallah in District Jaffarabad, Balochistan, is inviting bids for the supply of stationery items. This procurement is specifically for 34 different stationery items required to support the school's administrative and educational activities. The tender is issued under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process.
Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum value of PKR 3,000,000 in the last three years. Additionally, a turnover of at least PKR 268,000 in the three subsequent previous years is required. Firms must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed, and bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
The bid security amount is PKR 47,500, which must be submitted in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication until 06 June 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 06 June 2026 by 09:30 AM, with the opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM at the office of the undersigned.
