Supply of Stationery Items by Finance Department Quetta

The Finance Department Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of stationery items. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Stationary (Total Item(s) Count: 64) The bidding firm must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of 4,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years and at least 3,800,000 PKR in the last 3 subsequent years. Presence in Active Tax Payer List and Sales Tax Certificate is mandatory. Joint Ventures are not permissible. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage One Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 135,000 PKR in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 3,000 PKR. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication until 10 September 2026 during office hours on working days. Last date for bid submission is 10 September 2026 till 12:30 PM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 01:30 PM at the office of the undersigned, Room 20 Block 5 Civil Secretariat Quetta. Bidders are advised to ensure their bid security is included with the bid to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and compliance with all requirements will enhance chances of success.
