Supply of Stationery Items to Deputy Inspector General of Police Office Quetta

The Deputy Inspector General of Police Office Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of stationery items under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. This procurement requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Items being procured: - Stationary (Total Items Count: 44) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 1,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years, turnover of at least 1,000,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years, presence in Active Tax Payer List, and valid Tax Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. JV is not permissible. Submission of required Bid Security in the form of 2% deposit at call is mandatory. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned against payment of 1000 PKR. The tender documents issuance starts from the publication date until 08 October 2026 during office hours. The last date of bid submission is 08 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned. Bidders must bring samples of stationery items on the day of tender opening for quality verification. The best quality samples will be approved. Firms rejected on sample quality will be disqualified. The bidder must provide work orders only from government departments; semi-government and NGOs work orders are not acceptable. The bidding firm must submit the required bidding document Fee and Frame Work Agreement with rates as per rule 51-A(a) of BPPRA Rules. A procuring agency may enter into a frame work agreement with rates with a supplier or contractor following open competitive bidding procedures.
