Supply of Stationery Items to Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety FY 2026-27

Bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, having offices or stocks in Rawalpindi or Islamabad for the supply of stationery items to the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (PASS) during the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety based in Islamabad. The bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit bids electronically. Earnest money of Rs. 35,000/- in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order is required. Bidders must have NTN, GST, and ATL registration and demonstrate at least two years of experience with two completed contracts of similar nature. The procurement follows Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Bids will be opened publicly at the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, 4th Floor, Evacuee Complex, F-5/1, Islamabad. No manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and delivery. The Ministry reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions and ensure compliance to avoid disqualification.
