Supply of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items to Special Investment Facilitation Council Islamabad

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed firms and suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply and provision of stationery and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must submit electronic bids prepared according to the bidding documents instructions along with bid security instruments using the EPADS portal by or before 20.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Items being procured: - Office Stationery items (Lot 1) - Computer Stationery items (Lot 2) - Miscellaneous items (Lot 3) The procurement covers supply of various stationery and miscellaneous items required by the Council. The tender requires a call deposit/bid security of Rs.200,000 for each lot. The bidding documents including terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Eligibility criteria include valid GST and AGPR vendor numbers clearly written on tender documents, registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, and submission of original bid security in favor of Deputy Director (General), SIFC Islamabad. Cheques are not accepted. The quoted rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027 and be quoted in Pakistani Rupees only. Late tenders will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids electronically and ensure all required documents and bid securities are submitted timely via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted.
