Supply of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics Islamabad invites e-Bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and have offices with relevant expertise in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for the supply of stationery and miscellaneous items during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery Items - Purchase of Computer Stationery i.e. Toners for Printers, Photocopiers and Fax Machines etc. - Purchase of Others Miscellaneous Items etc. The technical scope includes supplying quality stationery and computer consumables suitable for office use at the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics headquarters in Islamabad. The procurement emphasizes compliance with tax registration and proven supply experience in the Islamabad and Rawalpindi region. Bidders should ensure their PEC registration and FBR ATL status are current and valid. Tender bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 13th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. No manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of PBS HQ G-9/1 Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bid Security not exceeding 5% of the bid value must be submitted in favor of DDO PBS and uploaded scanned on EPADS before the deadline. The single stage-one envelope procedure as per Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004 applies.
