Tender Description
The Federal Service Tribunal Islamabad is procuring a comprehensive range of stationery and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for Islamabad and Rawalpindi based dealers and suppliers. The scope includes supply of various stationery items such as ball point pens, binding tapes, calculators, diaries, envelopes, files, gum sticks, highlighters, ink bottles, notebooks, paper reams, printer toners, and photostat machine toners among others. Additionally, miscellaneous items like air fresheners, batteries, dish washing powder, disinfectants, LED bulbs, plastic buckets, and cleaning supplies are also included.
The procurement will be conducted by the Federal Service Tribunal, Islamabad, under the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules, 2004. Interested bidders must be registered with the Registrar Firms or SECP, possess valid NTN and STRN registrations, and have experience supplying similar goods to federal government departments. Authorized dealers for specific items like paper reams and printer toners are preferred. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs.40,000 in the form of a Pay Order along with their bids.
The deadline for submission is 30th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted both online via the E-PAD system and as hard copies to the Administrative Officer at the Federal Service Tribunal office in Islamabad. Blacklisted firms or incomplete bids will be rejected. The contract will be awarded on a rate contract basis, with supply orders issued as required.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents such as registration certificates, tax returns, performance certificates, and manufacturer authorization certificates are complete and properly attached. This will avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions. Also, timely submission before the deadline is critical as late bids will not be accepted.
