Supply of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items for Faculty of Contemporary Studies

The National Defence University Islamabad invites sealed tenders from well-reputed, GST registered firms and suppliers for the supply of Stationery and Miscellaneous items required at the Faculty of Contemporary Studies (FCS) for the period July to December 2026. Interested firms may obtain the complete tender/bidding documents from the office of the undersigned during office hours from 0930 to 1500 hrs. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Miscellaneous items The scope includes supply of quality stationery and related miscellaneous items to meet the academic and administrative needs of the Faculty of Contemporary Studies at National Defence University Islamabad. Bidders must ensure compliance with GST regulations and provide earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total quoted value in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of National Defence University Islamabad. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Director Admin (FCS) by 1100 hrs on 16 October 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives of participating firms. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per actual requirement and to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including all required documents and ensure timely submission. Late bids will not be entertained.
