Supply of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items for Faculty of Contemporary Studies, National Defence University Islamabad

Sealed tenders are invited from well-reputed, GST registered firms and suppliers for the supply of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items required at the Faculty of Contemporary Studies (FCS), National Defence University, Islamabad, for the period July to December 2026. Items being procured: - Stationery - Miscellaneous Items Interested firms may obtain the complete tender/bidding documents from the office of the undersigned during office hours from 0930 to 1500 hrs. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total quoted value in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of National Defence University, Islamabad. All applicable government taxes and duties will be deducted as per rules and law. The quoted rates must be inclusive of GST and shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned latest by 1100 hrs on 16 October 2026. The bids will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives of participating firms or suppliers. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any item as per its actual requirement and also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including all required documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Earnest money must be attached as per instructions to avoid rejection.
