Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG) F-7/2 Islamabad invites sealed tenders for the purchase of Stationery Items, Other Store Stock Items and Medical & Lab Equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27 under PPRA rules 2004, 36(a) Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must apply through EPADS VERSION 2.0 as only those applications will be considered. Items being procured: - Stationery Items - Other Store Stock Items (Cleanliness) including Air Freshener, Washing Powder, Broom, Bucket, Brush, Dust bin, Duster, Foot Matt, Glass Cleaner, Gloves Disposable, Hand Wash, Toilet Cleaner, Dish Wash Liquid, Lota, Dish Washing Soap, Refiller for Cleaning Mop, Cleaning Mop, Insect Killer Spray, Wall Cleaning Brush, Disinfection Liquid, Washroom Mug, Trash Pickup Scraper, Dish Washing Powder, Dish Washing Foam, Soap Holder, Hand Washing Soap, Washroom Cleaning Acid, Tissue Box, Tissue Rolls, Toilet Cleaning Brush, Towel, Washing Powder, Wiper - Other Store Stock Items (Electricity) including LED bulbs, Power plug, Light plug, Switch button, Wire, Capacitor for Ceiling fans, Dimmers, Ceiling fans, Exhaust fans, Multiplug, Pedestal fan, Led bulb holder, Shoes, Led search lights, Extension Wire and Board, Generator Battery, Wall fan, Circuit Breakers, AC plug, Monoblock water pump - Medical & Lab Equipment The scope includes supply as per approved samples and specifications. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and provide Vendor and GST numbers. Pay Order of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) must accompany each application. Successful firms will submit a pay order equal to 5% of bid amount as guarantee money within 24 hours of acceptance letter and ensure supply within 15 days of supply order issuance. Tender submission deadline is 05 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders' representatives. Bids must be sealed and submitted to the office of Vice Principal, IMCG (PG), F-7/2 Islamabad. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Eligibility requires NTN, GST registration, CNIC, and ATL certificate for 2026-27. Earnest money of Rs. 60,000/- per head is mandatory. Rates must be valid up to 30 June 2027. The college reserves the right to add items as per urgency.
