Supply of Stationery, Printing & Publication, Other Stores, Computer Stationery, Entertainment & Gifts, and I.T Equipment for Youth Affairs & Sports Department

The Youth Affairs & Sports Department of Punjab invites E-Bids on a lot basis for a framework contract covering various head items required for the department's offices in Lahore. Items being procured: - Stationery (Budget Allocated: Rs. 1,700,000, Bid Security: Rs. 85,000) - Printing & Publication (Budget Allocated: Rs. 1,500,000, Bid Security: Rs. 75,000) - Cost of Other Stores (Budget Allocated: Rs. 2,050,000, Bid Security: Rs. 102,500) - Computer Stationery (Budget Allocated: Rs. 2,700,000, Bid Security: Rs. 135,000) - Others (Budget Allocated: Rs. 5,200,000, Bid Security: Rs. 260,000) - Entertainment & Gifts (Budget Allocated: Rs. 1,500,000, Bid Security: Rs. 75,000) - I.T Equipment (Budget Allocated: Rs. 1,500,000, Bid Security: Rs. 75,000) The scope includes supply of the above items to the department's offices located in Lahore. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Authorities. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order as per the specified amounts. Late bids will be rejected. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The original Bid Security must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number, lot, and title before the E-bid submission deadline at Punjab Football Stadium, Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. The E-bid submission deadline is 27th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
