The Director General Mines & Minerals Punjab, Lahore invites bids through an E-Procurement System on a lot basis from eligible bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors, and service providers registered with relevant authorities such as Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Items being procured: - A03901 Stationery (Rs. 1,500,000) - A03902 Printing & Publication (Rs. 1,000,000) - A03955 Computer Stationery (Rs. 2,200,000) - A03970 Others (Rs. 1,600,000) - A03942 Cost of Other Store (Rs. 2,200,000) - A13001 Transport (Rs. 2,000,000) - A3807 P.O.L charges (Lubricants/Mobil Oil) (Rs. 1,000,000) - A13701 Hardware (Rs. 1,000,000) The procurement involves supply of stationery, printing materials, computer stationery, various other store items, transport services, lubricants including Mobil Oil, and hardware items. Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement portal. The bidding documents are free of cost and can be downloaded from the PPRA and E-Procurement websites. Performance security of 7% and bid security of 5% of the estimated cost are required in digital form. Eligibility criteria include valid Income Tax, Professional Tax, Sales Tax registration, and active taxpayer status on the FBR ATL. Bidders must not be declared ineligible due to corrupt or fraudulent practices by any government or public sector organization. Offers will remain valid for 90 days from the tender opening date.
