The materials must meet the specifications as per the provided specimens. The rental services require loading and unloading support at the designated venue. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Sales and Income Tax and KPRA for Sales Tax on services. Firms should ensure compliance with all tax regulations and upload their bids electronically via the E-Pads system.
