Supply of Stationery, Uniforms, Computer Stationery, Miscellaneous Services and Repair Works for Large Taxpayers Office Islamabad

The Large Taxpayers Office Islamabad invites electronic bids from GST/Income Tax registered and well-reputed firms with offices in Rawalpindi or Islamabad for the supply of office stationery, computer stationery, uniforms, other store items, rendering of various services, and miscellaneous repair works. The procurement is for the office located at Plot No. 20, Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stationery - Uniforms & Protective Clothing - Other Store Items - Computer Stationery - Others - Janitorial Staff - Security Guards - Lift Operator / Maintenance - Electrician cum Plumber - Air Conditioner Mechanic - Drivers - Repair of Transport - Repair of Machinery & Equipment - Repair of Furniture & Fixtures - Repair of Computer Hardware - Repair of I.T. Equipment The scope includes supply of goods and provision of services and repair works as detailed. Goods under categories I to V shall be purchased on quoted rates valid up to 30.06.2027. Services and repairs will be required on full-time or need basis respectively. Separate bids are required for each category or item. Eligibility criteria include GST/Income Tax registration with ATL status, company profile, affidavit of non-blacklisting, standing experience, and other required documents. Earnest money of Rs. 50,000/- refundable in the form of Pay Order in the name of DDO, LTO Islamabad must accompany the quotation. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 by 24-09-2026 at 11:00 p.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. Opening of bids will be virtual on the same day at 11:30 p.m. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid documents are complete and uploaded separately for each category to avoid cancellation. Timely submission through EPADS is critical as manual bids are not accepted.
