Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites qualified firms to tender for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad.

The tender process requires submission of three sealed envelopes: Sealed Envelope 1 containing the Technical Offer in duplicate, including documents such as Bank Challan, DP-1 and DP-2 Forms, Manufacturer Authorization Letter, Price List, DRAP registration letter (if medical), DGDP registration letter, Tax Filing Proof, and Affidavit of provisional registration. Sealed Envelope 2 must contain Earnest Money only. Sealed Envelope 3 should include the Commercial Offer with the firm's commercial offer, principal invoice, and duly filled DP-2 Form of IT.
Firms must comply with PPRA Rules-2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024) and be registered or willing to register with DGDP. Earnest Money must be submitted as per instructions, with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi. Tender validity is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening or 30th June, whichever is later.
