Supply of Stores, Equipment and Services by Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites bids for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Naval Residential Complex E-8, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The tender requires submission of three sealed envelopes: one containing the commercial offer in single copy, one containing two copies of the technical offer, and one containing earnest money. The technical offer must include documents such as bank challan, principal authorization letter, principal invoice (muted without price), DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms of IT, DGDP registration letter, income tax and sales tax registration proofs, CEO name and CNIC, OEM certificate of conformance, and country of origin. Earnest money must be submitted separately and is liable to rejection if included inside technical or commercial offers. Eligibility criteria include registration or willingness to register with DGDP, compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024), and submission of required documentation including financial capability proof and registration with DGDP. Tender validity is 120 days from the opening date of commercial/financial proposal or 30th June, whichever is later. Tender documents must reach the Directorate by the specified date and time in the Schedule to Tender. Late submissions will not be entertained. Tender opening will be conducted as per schedule with technical offers opened first, followed by commercial offers if technical offers are acceptable.
