Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites bids for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex E-8, Islamabad.

The tender requires submission of three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The technical offer must include documents such as Bank Challan, Principal Authorization Letter, Principal Invoice (muted without price), DP-1 and DP-2 Forms of IT with compliance remarks, Technical Offer/Specs, Annexes of IT, DP-3 form duly filled and signed, DGDP Registration Letter, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration proofs, CEO Name & CNIC, OEM Certificate of Conformance, and Country of Origin.
Eligibility criteria include registration with DGDP, compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024), and submission of earnest money in a separate envelope. The tender validity period is 120 days from the opening date of the commercial/financial proposal or 30th June, whichever is later.
Tender documents must be delivered to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) office by the specified date and time. Late submissions will not be entertained. Only registered representatives of firms may attend the tender opening. The Directorate reserves the right to accept the lowest technically accepted offer.
