Supply of Summer and Winter Uniforms including Shoes and Peshawari Chappal at PMDC Head Office Islamabad

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is procuring Summer and Winter uniforms along with shoes and Peshawari chappal for its Head Office located in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The procurement includes the supply of winter and summer uniforms for various categories of staff including Drivers, Photostat Operators, Mechanics, Dak Runners, Naib Qasids, Security Guards, Cooks, Malis, Ayas, and Sanitary Workers. Items being procured: - Winter & Summer Uniforms for Drivers, Photostat Operators, Mechanics, Dak Runners (38 winter uniforms, 38 summer uniforms, 19 sweaters, 19 waistcoats, 38 coats) - Winter & Summer Uniforms for Naib Qasid/Qasid (30 shirts/pants each for winter and summer, 15 sweaters) - Winter & Summer Uniforms for Security Guards (4 trousers and shirts each for winter and summer, 2 blue jackets) - Winter & Summer Uniforms for Cook, Mali and Aya (22 uniforms each for winter and summer, 11 sweaters winter, 10 sweaters summer) - Winter & Summer Uniforms for Sanitary Workers (12 uniforms each for winter and summer, 6 sweaters) - Black shoes and Peshawari chappal for all above categories in quantities matching uniform counts The uniforms for winter are made of good quality thick fabric suitable for Islamabad weather, while summer uniforms are made of good quality wash and wear fabric suitable for office use. Shoes and Peshawari chappal are required to be of good quality. Stitching and supply of sweaters and shoes will be made according to actual sizes of employees. Bidders must submit samples for all items along with their bids; failure to provide samples will result in rejection of the bid. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, experience certificates, and no litigation affidavit. The bid security amount is PKR 100,000. Payment will be made upon complete supply and acceptance of goods as per approved samples. The submission deadline is Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions are not accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
