BOX 1138, Islamabad' up to 30 September 2026. Cheques and cash will not be accepted. Copies of GST/NTN registration certificates must be attached. The validity of the offer must be at least 90 days from the date of bid opening. Earnest money in the form of bank draft, pay order, or deposit equivalent to 2% of the total quoted value must be submitted with the quotations; quotations without earnest money will not be accepted. Income tax and GST will be deducted as per government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation on technical grounds.
