Supply of Three Phase Induction Motors

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the supply of Three Phase Induction Motors under Tender Enquiry No. SNC-1938/26. The procurement is based in Lahore with delivery at Multan Stores. Items being procured: - Three Phase Induction Motors The tender documents include General Terms, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Price Schedules for foreign suppliers and local manufacturers, Questionnaire, Schedule of Requirements and Shipment, Technical Specifications, Specimen of Authority Letter, Bid Bond, Performance/Warranty Bond Guarantee, Integrity Pact, Specimen of Purchase Order, Certificate of Full Disclosure & Non-Collusion, Blacklisting Mechanism, and Declaration of Beneficial Owner's Information. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes clearly marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. The bids will be evaluated on a single stage two envelope system basis. Delivery must conform to the Delivery Schedule and be made free of cost at Multan Stores. Offers must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications and terms. The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the tender or quantities by 15% without assigning any reason. Submission deadline is 13-10-2026 by 14:30 hours at the office of the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 15:00 hours. Late bids will be rejected. Only one authorized representative per bidder is allowed to attend the bid opening with a valid authority letter.
