Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring professional-grade tools and equipment for operational and maintenance activities in its Data Center and associated infrastructure. This procurement aims to equip technical teams with high-quality instruments for electrical, environmental, and power quality monitoring, as well as cleaning and air purification to ensure optimal data center performance and safety.
Items being procured:
- Electrical Tool Kits (Professional Grade) 04 Nos.
- Temperature & Humidity Meter 03 Nos.
- Particle Counter 01 No.
- Industrial Grade Clamp Meter with Flexible Current Probe 03 Nos.
- Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera 01 No.
- HEPA filter vacuum cleaner and Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner 01 No.
- Three – Phase Power Quality Analyzer with Current Probes 01 No.
- Rechargeable Drill Machine 01 No.
- Air Purifier (with extra set of filters one for each Air Purifier) 08 Nos.
The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover within 20 weeks. All equipment must be new, genuine, and sourced from internationally recognized brands such as Fluke, Bosch, Makita, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Pro'sKit, Jonard, Ideal, Klein Tools, Royal, Super Asia, or equivalent approved manufacturers. Calibration certificates and manufacturer datasheets are mandatory. Air purifiers require installation with all electrical accessories and ducting.
Eligibility requires valid FBR registration, NTN, GST, ATL, and manufacturer authorization letters. Bidders must have at least 5 years of company registration, relevant experience, and financial turnover of PKR 10 million annually. The bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline.
The tender closes on August 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM with online bid submission through EPADS v2.0. Manual bids are not accepted. The submission address for bid security is State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-i-Jamhuriat, G-5/2., Islamabad. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure complete registration on EPADS v2.0 well before the deadline and submit the original bid security physically on time to avoid disqualification. Prepare all technical documents and manufacturer authorizations meticulously to meet the eligibility criteria and avoid rejection during preliminary examination.
